11:30am: We took the cable car to the top of Whistler's Mountain. That's Whistler's Mountain, Jasper, Alberta, not Whislter, British Columbia. The view's pretty good, but it's mostly overcast and the light isn't the best for clear photos (again). It seems OK (although a little cold) to walk to the top of the mountain (about an hour return) but ten minutes later it's snowing and the icy wind has picked up so we turn around and head back.
3:30pm: After a late lunch and wandering around the town for a while, we head for Moraine Lake, stopping at Medicine Lake on the way.
5:15pm: Moraine Lake, like Lake Louise, is almost completely frozen over, but the weather is much better. On the way back to Moraine Canyon we have to slow down for a mountain sheep standing in the middle of the road. It's not at all bothered by the cars and doesn't move as we drive past.
6:15pm: Moraine Canyon is crossed by six bridges. We walk over the first four, about 3.5km return. It's twice that far to the next bridge and we've had enough scenery for the day, so we don't go any further.
